Tania started her carrier with Punjabi Film Qismat portraying small role of Aman which was noticeable enough to land him in role of sister in Gurpeet Ghuggi starer Son Of Manjeet Singh released in 2018.
Tania has sibling younger sister with name Tamanna and grew up in Amritsar. She is alumni of BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar and holds degree in Interior Designing and Project management.
In 2019, she was seen with Gurnam Bhullar and Sonam Bajwa in Guddiyan Patole where in she was spotted in curly hairs portraying role of Canadian NRI Nicole and also playing minuscule role Tarsem Jassar starer Rabb Da Radio 2.
Her breakthrough movement came when Jagdeep Sidhu was looking for lead for his next with Ammy Virk titled Sufna. After getting recommendation, Jagdeep took screen test for simple village girl “Teg” and was signed immediately. To prepare her role and get into character, Tania attended specialized acting classes down south India which helped her in portraying real essence of Teg.
